About the opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quality
Manger to oversee the quality function of our Agribusiness.
?Reporting to the Agribusiness General Manager, the successful
candidate will ensure that the milk coming from over 3,**Apply on the
website** farms meets our exacting quality standards before being
processed through our 3 Primary Diary sites in Ireland. ?The role
will involve managing a large team and departmental finances, acting
as part of the business unit SLT when representing Kerry with
customers, producer clusters and across the industry.

Key responsibilities Responsible for ensuring the quality of milk from
over **Apply on the website** producers into 3 Kerry Primary Diary
sites. ?Management of a large laboratory team and Quality Advisor
team and fulfilling the role Technical Manager.
Managing the Quality budget, P&L. Ensuring that Laboratory
Accreditations are maintained and developed as required.
Liaising with DAFM and managing the close-out of DAFM Audits.
Monthly milk-payment reconciliation.
Liaising with the Primary Dairy Factory Cluster ? Customer Audits,
Complaints, Projects etc.
Representing the business on various industry bodies.
Managing relationships with Milk Suppliers & Customers.
Monitoring for Regulatory and Customer required change.
Engaging in Sustainability Initiatives as required.
Continuous improvement of Milk Quality and related processes.
Build a strong talent pipeline through effective talent and succession
planning.
_QUALIFICATIONS_ and skills 3rd Level Qualification in a
Scientific/Food Discipline or equivalent.
At least 5 years? experience in a Senior Quality Management
position.
Experience in managing large teams, functional P&L/expenditure and
working as part of the Senior Management Team.
Excellent knowledge of the Dairy Industry.
Experience in dealing with customer/milk-supplier audits.
Excellent communication and team working skills
Have a high level of commitment and energy.
